Beginners need tons of reps on single, direct attacks, but I expect more advanced players to set up their submissions with an ABC approach (attack by combination).

In this session I show a few ABC set ups for the spinning armlock. In the last video in the set, I demonstrate a single, direct attack that I think everyone should begin with a critical lesson: Never let them slam you!

This class has something for people of all belt levels.
