I sometimes get asked how to maintain posture and pass when you can’t sit on your knees. Some of us have limited flexibility and the hip-tilt is not an option.

In this class, I demonstrate three options that do not require posture: the Roger Gracie Pass, the Sao Paulo Pass and the Stand Up. These passes actually work together as part of an overall passing game plan.
